I led a Basic Seminar in "Dealing with Conflict Biblically" last week, and just finished a Coaching Workshop today. My aim is to train missionaries and national pastors working together in PNG to apply the Scriptures when they experience conflict. For Christians, conflict is an opportunity to glorify God by encouraging forgiveness and preserving valuable relationships.
We are missionary trainers teaching Pastors and lay leaders "Scripture Application & Leadership Training" and Christian Conciliation in Papua New Guinea.
Each missionary family is responsible to raise financial sponsorship through the gifts of friends, family, churches and businesses who believe in their ministry, to not only meet the needs of the worker, but also to draw the heart of the giver into what God is doing in the world. (Matthew 6:21).
Some give monthly, others give to special projects, and some give annual/renewable gifts as the Lord leads.
