Dedication of Tabo New Testament
Carter flew to Saiwase village in the Western Province of Papua New Guinea this weekend to attend the Tabo New Testament dedication.

Bible translators with Pioneers, Tim and Karen Schlatter, along with their daughters, have lived among the Tabo language group for almost 19 years. In January 1988 the Schlatters conducted a spiritual needs survey of the Tabo people and then began a church planting / Bible translation project among them. This New Testament dedication (held September 30, 2006) is the culmination of the Schlatter family's ministry to the Tabo people.

MAF pilot, Michael Bottrell, flew Carter Bandy, Jessica and Lauren Schlatter, and Nick Walker to Saiwase village.

800 Tabo New Testaments were flown to the village for the NT dedication. Pray that through these books they might truly connect with the Living Word, hearing what He says to them in their heart language. Photo by Carter Bandy.
